1. 首次筛选了人类胚胎大脑不对称表达基因。此工作发表在"Science"杂志上,此文被引用250余次;

2. 首次证实了微型RNA在大脑中的功能;

3. 首次建立了微型RNA sponge转基因小鼠,发表于“Cell Reports”;

4. 首次确定了Olig2的结合蛋白Nkx2.2

5. 首次建立了用人类PDGFRa YAC DNA的转基因小鼠。
