柯荣秦博士,华侨大学医学院教授,入选国家级青年人才项目,福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授,厦门市首批杰出青年人才及“双百计划”领军型创业人才。曾就职于美国Complete Genomics公司,发明了基于DNA纳米球的双端测序技术,现为华大基因自主研发的国产二代测序系统的核心技术之一。RNA原位测序技术发明人,该技术入选了Nature Methods杂志2013年度的Method of the Year,是最早发表的空间转录组学技术。先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、福建省自然科学基金等国家级和省部级项目。
